Day - 1 » Arrival at Port Blair
Arrival at Port Blair in the morning and transfer to your hotel. In the
afternoon, we visit Chidiya Tapu - about 26 kms from Port Blair. Its
generally known as bird island. Lush green mangroves and beautiful beach
with breath-taking sunset, creates a mesmerizing environment.
Day - 2 » Cellular Jail - Forest Museum - Water
Sports Complex etc..
After breakfast, we start off for a tour in & around Port Blair -
covering Cellular Jail, Chatam Saw Mill (one of the oldest & largest
in Asia), Forest Museum, Mini Zoo, Anthropological Museum, Fisheries
(Marine) Museum, Gandhi Park, Samudrika, Cottage Industry Emporium and
Andaman Water Sports Complex (for water & adventure sports like
water-skiing, speed boats, water scooters, para-sailing, wind-surfing,
etc.). In the afternoon, at around 3.00 pm, we proceed for Harbour
Cruise which will take us to Viper Island amongst other. The gallows
atop a hillock here is sight to watch.
Day - 3 » Havelock Island
Early morning departure (5.30 am) by inter-island ferry to Havelock
Island (54 kms by sea from Port Blair). We stay here overnight among
sandy beach and lush green forest in tents on the beach side or in
comfortable tourist home.
Day - 4 » Sound and Light Show
Upon return from Havelock Island in the late Afternoon, we attend the
enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail - where the heroic
saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive.
Day - 5 » Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park
We start off after breakfast for a full- day excursion to Red
Skin/Jolly Buoy Islands (about 60 kms from Port Blair) - the two islands
in Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park to see coral reefs, exotic
varieties of beautiful ornamental fish and other marine life. The
fascinating world of tropical forest and sandy beaches coupled with
clear blue water creates a breath-taking aura.
Day - 6 » Ross Island
We start off after breakfast, for Mt. Harriet - 2nd highest peak (365
meters high) in the Andamans. In the Afternoon, we go to Ross Island -
from where the Britishers governed this entire A&N lslands, prior to
India’s Independence.
Day - 7 » Back to Home
Departure transfer to Airport/Harbour for return flight/voyage to
Kolkata/Chennai
